    Turnaround Time consists of five steps in processing a pair of typical made-to-order shoes. Step 1-2 can be controlled by us; but Step 3-5 are controlled by the third parties that apply to Expedited Turnaround Time. Taking USA as a sample: : 

    A) STANDARD TURNAROUND TIME:

    1. Order Created (1-24 hours)
    2. Production (9-15 days)
    3. Shipment (4-15 days)
    4. Customs Declaration (1-2 days)
    5. Delivery (1-3 days) 
    SUMMARY:  Standard Turnaround time from 15-35 days*.
     
     

    B) EXPEDITED TURNAROUND TIME:

    1. Order Created (1-12 hours)
    2. Production (3-7 days)
    3. Shipment (3-4 days)
    4. Customs Declaration (1-2 days)
    5. Delivery (1-2 days) 
    SUMMARY:  Expedite Turnaround time from 8-15 days*.
     
     
    Q. HOW CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?
    A. If you need to expedite your order, please select DHL Express as your shipping & delivery method. In addition, please state it in the Customer Note of your order or/and send an email to support@danceshoesonline.com including your name, invoice number, and the latest date you need to receive the order by. Our staff will then confirm your date with the factory. 
     
     
    NOTE:
