    You can find your tracking number and shipper's link from the latest email we sent to you also can get it from your logged-in account. Please follow the instruction below to track your shipping status:

    • Click on "My account" link on the top of our website;
    • Click on the order number that you want to get tracking number;
    • Find the tracking number and the shipper's URL below your Shipping & Payment Status;


    To track your order:

    1) Copy and paste the shipper's URL onto your browser first; then 

    2) Copy and paste the tracking number into the tracking search box.

     If you are unable to log into your account, it might be due to that you did not register with us as you chose to checkout with a third-party payment method such as "PayPal Checkout Express", or "Amazon Payment" etc., or for any reason that you are still unable to get your shipping status, please contact us. We are more than happy to help you out.
