Standard Turnaround Time (Fulfillment, Production & Shipping)
Standard Turnaround Time consists of 5 steps in processing a pair of typical made-to-order shoes. Taking US as a sample:
1. FULFILLMENT & PRODUCTION TIME
- Order Created (1-24 hours);
- Production (9-15 days);
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
- Shipment (4-15 days);
- Customs Declaration (1-2 days);
- Delivery (1-3 days).
Approximately from 12-25 days. Other countries take more or less.
Turnaround time will depend on the shipping carrier you select on the checkout page. Standard production time on shoes is 9 to 15 days before they ship out, unless you select DHL Express.
How can I expedite my order?
Expedited Turnaround Time (USA, when you choose DHL):

If you need to expedite your order, please select DHL Express as your delivery method. In addition, please state it in Customer Note of your order or/and send an email to email@example.com including your name, invoice number, and the latest date you need to receive the order by. Our staff will then confirm your date with the factory.

Do you have shoes for Wide or Narrow feet?

How can I search for Narrow or Wide-width Sandals?
Please simply follow the following instruction:
1) Type in "adjusted" , then click search;
2) Click at "More search options" link before "Search" button; and
3) Choose and check on "Title" from "Search in" options, and
4) Click on "Search" button again
You will see "59 items found" below. These shoes are all "width adjusted buckle shoes", you will be able to adjust width through fastening the buckle or loosing it.
How can I make my Vegan Shoes?
You can have two ways to make your own Vegan Shoes:
1) Choose non-leather materials for both of your shoes and soles;
2) Choose our "CUSTOMIZE" feature to design and build your own shoes. It is Not only for dancing but also Street Shoes.
How can I buckle my new shoes?
1) Hold the strap tightly against your ankle, adjust the buckle on the strap into the slit and drop it.
2) Tighten or loosen it by adjusting the buckle holes.
3) Remove it by sliding the strap out of the slot.

Yes, you can! You will find them from the "Checkout" page. All payment methods are SSL secured and compliant with the industry highest standard. How long does it take for a replacement or exchange?
For "Ready-made" it takes only 2-4 days; for a "Made to order" or "Custom-made" item, it takes "production" time + "Shipping & delivery" time. It varies. Read the description of the item you want to purchase.
How long does it take to produce a pair of "made to order" shoes?
It takes about 9-13 days usually for the "Standard" production time. It may take longer for group purchase or during the high seasons.
How long does it take to produce a "custom-made" ballroom or Latin dance dress or a pant?
It takes about 15-20 days usually for the production (Women & Men). It may take longer during the high seasons.
How long does it take for the delivery from factory to my home?
It usually takes about 7-10 days for Shipping & Delivery from our warehouse in China.
How to minimize or delete the Live Chat pop-up page?
When failing to minimize or delete the Live Chat's pop-up page, it means your browser's "zoom" was set too large. Please find the setting (usually at your right-hand side on top), adjust the "zoom" a bit smaller, i.e. from 120 to 110; then, you will be able to see the sign to minimize it or delete it.
