NOTE: It takes longer during the high season (October - December)

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME:

• DHL:          3-10 DAYS
• FEDEX:      3-10 DAYS
• USPS:        8-30 DAYS (Slow during the high seasons)

The EXPEDITED PRODUCTION SERVICE must be purchased with your chosen products if a customer wants to expedite production. Add it to your shopping cart Now!

We will continue to follow the related guidelines for the safety and well-being of our teammates, workers, and staff at affiliated factories and warehouses. Service agents are mostly working at home. Therefore, some operations might be slightly affected in certain locations. Please find our current service schedule as follows: : 

1. Email (24/7): We strive to provide the normal email service;
2. Live Chat(Mon-Fri):  You may experience longer than normal wait time;
3. Phone (Mon-Fri): We only offer to CALL BACK PHONE SERVICE, we'll manage to call back ASAP if you leave a voicemail for us. Email service is encouraged.  
4. Production & Shipping: Production and shipping have been back to normal; however, the turnaround time may be 3-5 days longer than normal. 

Note:  It is expected to take longer during the high seasons. Also, it may still take a bit longer than usual for all of our services due to some incidents like being lack of flights etc. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, your understanding would be greatly appreciated.
