I ordered three pairs of shoes which came in quickly and with no damage. They are all a great value for the price and free shipping option! I've told others in my dance community so they can also find their great bargain. Only two tiny "complaints". One - although I selected to have my shoes delivered to my work address but the billing is for my home address, the order somehow declined the card because my billing/shipping information didn't match. I confirmed that I had the payment information correct, so I contacted customer service and they were able to get it resolved and my order processed (they took quite a while to do this, maybe about a 30 minute wait). Two - when I was ordering from the overstock area, it is a lot of work to go back and forth to look at the shoe they have listed because they don't have an image next to it. You also have to be very specific when ordering so they know you want the overstock one at the lower cost, meaning you have to exactly match the shoe size, heel size and shoe width. Then you have to type in the special instructions that you want the overstock shoe and then reference that information. It's a bit of a hassle, but well worth it to save so much money. Overall it was a great experience and I look forward to shopping again!
