The shoes are great, they're the most comfortable dance shoes I've found (well-padded, flexible) and I love the huge variety of available styles. The shoes are shipped directly from China, so shipping is a bit pricy and may take a couple weeks, but USPS tracking provided is nice. Customer service has always responded quickly and in a professional manner when I have contacted them with a question or issue. Two thumbs up for this merchant.
