Price on overstock items is reasonable, and free shipping is always welcome. Selection was fair, considering they don't control over-stock selection. Product quality was great. Delivery time was great! I had the shoes in my hand a good half a week before I expected them. I don't really like their over-stock ordering system. You must order off the regular site, and pay full price, attaching a note that you want over-stock items, and then they refund you the difference in price the next day. I was a little hesitant about this process, although in their defense it went off without a hitch, and the refund WAS back the next day. Still, I had to have around double the amount of money in my account as my actual purchase in order to cover the full price shipping of the order, and the refund remains in my Pay-Pal account rather then going back to my original funding source. Still, this is a minor nit-pick, and the over-all experience I've had with DSOL has been generally positive.

I had been dealing with another company who would not give me detailed information about sizes, shipping and timing. I spoke to Jorge on August 16th and he promised me the shoes in time for my wedding. I was sent an email to track the order and contacted the receiving shipper to ensure that they would be delivered on Friday and not held up in the Shipper's office until Monday. They said they would drop the shoes off without the requirement of a signature and I received them on Friday morning while we were decorating the hall. The shoes fit well, a bit tall for me but still not quite tall enough for my dress so we did some quick pin alteratios so that I could boogie the night away. These are practice ballroom dancing shoes and we start on next class this Sunday. I hope that Jorge will call me on Monday, September 13th so that I can order the black shoes that we spoke about. Thank you.
