When I received my recent order, the clip on the shoe broke, and I called them, they instructed me to send them a picture of the broken clip, and then they would replace the shoes for free, but it has to be from the Overstock items. I only needed to write in the comment box that the order was for replacement, and I received the new shipment within a few days! The only drawback was that the pair that I wanted was no longer available, and I had to pick a new one. When I contacted them either via phone or chat, or emails, they were very helpful, and professional, and courteous. I'm very happy with this merchant, and will continue to do my business with them.
