    ANSWER:

    Refund within 180 days, we simply refund to whichever payment method you used to pay for your order except "Pay with amazon" which will be answered below by Q3; for refund over 180 days, there are two ways to refund:

    1. If you have a PayPal account,  simply type in your email address associated with your PayPal account in the "Customer Note" box, when you create a return request, we'll directly send the refund to your account; or 
    2. We will send you a check through our Citibank's eCheck system to your billing address.
    Questions & Answers:
            Q1. How can I get a refund if I do not have a PayPal account?
            A1.  We will refund to your through our Citibank eCheck system. It take about 3-4 business days to deliver it.
     
            Q2.  What should I do with your Citibank eCheck?
            A2.  There are more than one way to deposit it:
            - Go to your bank and deposit the eCheck you received from us; or
    - Deposit it through your cellphone with your bank's free mobile App. Simple, easy and saves more time!
     
    Q3.  What if I paid via "Pay with Amazon" option before?
    A3.  We will only refund to you through PayPal or our Citibank eCheck (Amazon charges $50 transaction fee by using "Pay with amazon" for refund purpose).
