    It's probably due to one of the following reasons:-
    1. The billing address you gave was incorrect (Shipping Address is for shipping usage;
    2. Billing Address is for security purpose. If the billing address does not match your record with the credit card issuer, transaction could be declined.) and/or
    3. You did not type in or typed in the wrong CVV Code (the last 3 digits on the back of your credit card) for the transaction; or
    4. Insufficient fund in your account.
