    Customer’ satisfaction is our goal! If you are not satisfied with the items you received regardless the reason(s), please follow the instruction to return them to our warehouse subject to our Return Policies, and relative rules.

    Please follow the instruction below to submit your return request:

    1. Click on the “Order history” link on the top of our website;
    2. Choose the right date period and click on “Search” button;
    3. Check/click on the order number you want to return;
    4. Check on the item(s), select quantity you want to return; select a reason from the drop-down menu of “Reason for return”; choose an option from “What you would like us to do”; leave your note or message in the “Comment” box before clicking on “Create” button;
    5. Click on the “Create” button to complete your return request.
    6. We will keep you posted our further information such as return label and tracking number etc.
