I found it very easy to use your guide with regards to measurement and easy to order. With regards to delivery, I asked if delivery could not be made to have parcel delivered to my local sorting office. I was in when the parcel arrived but did not that the parcel was clearly labelled on one side to state if delivery not possible to deliver to and details of my sorting office. The delivery was very quick and the customer service excellent, as I was kept informed via e-mail and given information regarding tracking of my goods. When I received my recent order, the clip on the shoe broke, and I called them, they instructed me to send them a picture of the broken clip, and then they would replace the shoes for free, but it has to be from the Overstock items. I only needed to write in the comment box that the order was for replacement, and I received the new shipment within a few days! The only drawback was that the pair that I wanted was no longer available, and I had to pick a new one. When I contacted them either via phone or chat, or emails, they were very helpful, and professional, and courteous. I'm very happy with this merchant, and will continue to do my business with them.
