    ANSWER: 

    Upon arrival at our the warehouse, all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error.

    If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge. International customers (other than US and Canada's) are required to bear actual return shipping fees.

    If the item has been opened or shows signs of wear you may be subject to a partial refund and/or charges of both original shipping and return fees. Items return over 30 days after delivery may only qualify for refunds of up to 80 percent. For a return over 40 days, we will only grand a credit of up to 70% of the item's value excluding its shipping charges. You will also bear full shipping cost for return when return is over 30 days.

    Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to DanceShoesOnline.com. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.

    For faster processing of your refund, please send us the Tracking Number and Name of the Shipping Company, OTHERWISE IT MAY TAKE A MINIMUM OF 3 to 4 WEEKS for REFUND.


    Important Note:  We use PayPal Website Payment Pro as our Payment Gateway which restricts to process CREDIT CARD REFUND after 180 days (from the date a purchase is taken place); in this case, a customer is required to create a PayPal account to receive our refund.
