Dance Shoes
1. Can you custom make my dance shoes?
A1. No, we do not provide custom-made service for dance shoes that are on WYSIWYG, what you see is what you get
basis.
2. It is my first time to buy dance shoes online, how can I know my correct size?
A2. Our shoes run true AMERICAN STREET SIZE. Dancers would like to choose half size (½) smaller for dancing with
Sandals (Pumps remain same with your Street Size). Sizing of different brands vary, please DO NOT use any as your

3. What material do you use for the sole, can I change it?
A3. All of our ballroom dance shoes, both ladies and men' shoes have suede soles, that are non-slip soles and metal
shanks in the arch for support and they are very light-weight and flexible.
4. How can I buckle my new shoes?

5. Narrow or Wide Feet?
A5. Shoes in the Narrow or Wide Feet catalog are for those narrow, and extra wide feet dancers. Wide feet dancers can
also find shoes from our normal catalog; more than 80% of our Ladies Sandals have wide width options.
6. What are the differences between DSOL and Lark or other brands?
Each brand of our products comes from a different manufacturer. They have different prices, sizing (only women' sizes
are slightly larger than DSOL), measurements and delivery times. Please carefully read the description of each item of
the products and their size charts .
Also,different brands may have different rules and policies such as coupon discount, shipping and return policies etc.
