| Q1: How can I place an order for Overstock Items? |
| Answer: The best way to do it is: |
- Select the available item(s) and memorize its and their Order Number(s) and Code Number(s) as well as the
available size(s), Heel and Width Option(s), then
- Search from our website for the same item and place an normal order with the information above; and
- Inform us what you purchase is the Overstock Items in the Merchant Note Box during your Check-Out when
placing the order.

the code number and click on the Search button. You can place an order now! |

Q3: How to state what I have chosen and purchased in the Merchant Note Box? |
| Answer: For example, you have chosen and purchased the first item in the list which is: |

| You can simply state: |
| This order is for the Overstock item. Order number is 1; Product Code number is 160001B |

| Q4: When will I get the discount credited to my account? |
| Answer: We will refund to you within 24 hours upon having received your order, but bear in mind that you may not see it
immediately in your account, it may take 2-3 business days for the credit card company to update it. |

| Q5: Can I return the overstock item for refund or exchange? |
| No, you can't, no exchange or refund will be accepted. We are sorry about that. |

| Note: Though we update the Overstock list on daily basis, there is still a chance that the item(s) you purchased have
already been sold out, in this case, we will fully refund to you immediately with a notification through email. |

| 1. Can I choose size , heel or width? |
| A. No. On-sale items are those items returned or overstocked without offering options for sizes, heel height and width
unless stated. They are all on WYSIWYG, "What You See Is What You Get basis". If you have clicked on the "Order Now"
button but this item did not appear in your shopping cart, it may have been sold out. Please choose another item or
come back later. |
