How does your sponsor program work?

DanceShoesOnline.com sponsored many individuals and organizations in the past years. DSOL helps those who
need our sponsorship, in return, DSOL gets its name promoted to the dancer's world. Any individual, Dance Institute or
Organization can apply for DanceShoesOnline.com’s sponsorship subject to the following terms and conditions: -
1. If any individual, Dance Institute or Organization who wants to apply for DSOL’s sponsorship, you should write to us,
let us know your name, address, phone number and email address; also, let us know why you apply for it and how to
use it. It takes usually 4-6 weeks to proceed your application.
2. DSOL will usually sponsor US$50 to $500 value of Gift Certificates or/and Coupon depends on the nature of
activities and number of participants.
3. Gift Certificates issued by DSOL are the property of DanceShoesOonline.com. No one has right to produce or copy
them for any purpose except that have been approved by us.
4. Only DSOL’s representative has rights to decide who could obtain the sponsorship. Our terms and conditions could
be altered from time to time at our sole discretion without having to serve you prior notice.
5. Once we approve your application, we will immediately send the e-Gift Certificate(s) or/and e-Coupon together with
our promotion cards (as big as business card) badge or/and labels with DSOL's logos and posters for you to wear
and to distribute.
6. Individual or Organizer’s obligation is to distribute DSOL’s promotion cards to all those audiences and participants
who attend the activity or competition, putting the posters at a visible location as well as to present the Gift Certificates
or Coupon to the winner(s).
7. DanceShoesOnline.com’s name and Logo should be seen in the activity or competition, and newsletter. DSOL’s
name and Logo should also be known by participants and audiences as the only one or one of the sponsors that
should be proved by printed materials, and/or photos and/or video records.
8. DSOL's Gift Certificates and/or Coupon are redeemable at DanceShoesOnline.com only and cannot be used on
other websites or in stores that have not got DSOL's permit. Neither DSOL's Gift Certificates nor will be redeemable
for cash; Promotions items are not valid when redeeming Gift Certificates or coupon. DSOL's Gift Certificates are valid
for 13 months from date of issuance. Expiration date void in Illinois and where otherwise prohibited by law.
9. DannceShoesOnline.com should be informed who are the winners of our Gift Certificate or coupon by email in
details as the followings: -
a) Name and Social Security Number.
b) Title of the activity or competition and name of the Organizer.
c) Address of the activity or competition.
d) Gift Certificate Number and the expiry date.
e) A confirmed email from Organizer is needed.
f) Product code of DSOL shoes you want to redeem.
Upon having received the confirmation email from the Organizer, we will immediately send the chosen shoes to the
winner(s), it takes about 15 working days to deliver.
