    Products can be returned for exchange in the following conditions:-

    1. No sign that the shoes have been worn;
    2. No damage or scratch on the surface or bottom of the merchandise(s);
    3. Customers shall be responsible for the shipping charges of the return, we will bear the shipping cost for the exchange merchandise(s);
    4. No restocking fee will be charged;
    5. The return for exchange should be made within 30 days from the date the products are received;
    6. Please use the Gift Certificate we send to you for the exchange;

    For faster processing of your exchange, please send us the tracking number and name of the shipping company, OTHERWISE IT MAY TAKE A MINIMUM OF 3 to 4 WEEKS for EXCHANGE or REFUND.
